our company

Facts and figures

Production of plastic components was begun in the mid-60's. The company initially specialised in manufacturing thermomoulded components. Early in 1990, the field of plastic injection moulding was added to our production possibilities. In addition, CNC milling technology increasingly gained in importance and now occupies a major section of production. In 2007, we supplemented our production technology with a modern laser cutting system.

For more than 50 years now, singleplast has stood for constant progress in the field of plastics production and we therefore produce today for
a large number of customers on both a domestic and international level.

Our aim is to dominate the market and assert this position through constant further development of our business.
In doing so, the prime focus is on collaboration with customers and suppliers towards an open and dynamic partnership.

The basis for this - both then and today - is formed by our qualified and motivated employes who every day take up the challenge again of optimising the process workflows in order to make our products even better.

In everything we do, we always pay attention to an environment-friendly approach and deal with our resources conscientiously.

Thermoforming

The products are just as varied as the requirements. Our products are used in the car/commercial vehicle industry, electronics industry, furniture manufacture, medical engineering and domestic and air conditioning technology in addition to other areas.

Injection moulding

We produce injection moulded components based on your drawings or also using the tools that you provide. High quality technical plastics such as PC, POM and PA are moulded in addition to the conventional standard thermoplastics, such as PS, ABS, PP and PE.
