Injection moulding - versatile and precise

The injection moulding process is above all economically viable for larger numbers of items of a few thousand components and more. The costs for the tool account for a major part of the necessary investments. In exchange, the tools can be used to manufacture up to a few million parts.
Objects can be manufactured with a high level of accuracy within a short space of time using injection moulding. At the same time, it offers almost an unlimited choice of the component surface.

Thermoforming

The products are just as varied as the requirements. Our products are used in the car/commercial vehicle industry, electronics industry, furniture manufacture, medical engineering and domestic and air conditioning technology in addition to other areas.

We produce injection moulded components based on your drawings or also using the tools that you provide. High quality technical plastics such as PC, POM and PA are moulded in addition to the conventional standard thermoplastics, such as PS, ABS, PP and PE.
